Anti-Inflammatory Turmeric Tonic
If you haven’t been including turmeric in your diet, now’s the time to start. Not only does it taste amazing, but it is probably one of the best body healing foods out there, with over and above 17 different health benefits.

This turmeric tonic will help fight joint pain and arthritis, as well as keep your brain healthy and memory sharp. It is one of the most powerful anti-inflammatory foods out there, and has been found to be even more effective than ibuprofen for helping treat the pain associated with arthritis of the knee.

The awesome thing about turmeric is that you can take it without any worrisome side effects that other pharmaceutical pain-killers bring to the table. Drink this tonic once a day to offer natural pain-relief for the body, or 2 times daily (once in morning, once at night) if you suffer from any extremely painful joint issues (or other pain-related disease).

Anti-Inflammatory Turmeric Tonic Recipe

Ingredients:

– 5 inches fresh turmeric root
– 2 inches fresh ginger root
– 2 lemons, peeled
– 1 apple
– 1 cup young coconut water

Method:

Juice all of the above ingredients, except coconut water. Mix juice and coconut water – if it is still too strong add more coconut water or other filtered water of your choice.

No, you should be able to consume it safely. It should even help with the pain of gallstones.

Hmmm, that might not blend it up properly. I would suggest using a juicer, or a blender and then straining in a nut milk bag.

Is this recipe considered one serving? Could it be diluted down to be drank throughout the day?
