Suffer from nasal congestion or sinusitis? This carrot orange juice recipe contains ingredients that will provide you immediate relief.
A lot of nasal and sinus issues come from sensitivities to chemicals in the environment or home space (perfumes, shampoos, cleaners, etc.), or food like animal products (meat, eggs and dairy) or wheat, sugar and processed/refined foods.
When I stopped consuming dairy products a lot of my nasal issues cleared (not to mention my stomach stopped bloating and digestion improved dramatically). Dairy products especially create an excess of mucus in the body, which directly clog the sinuses and make breathing incredibly hard.
This juice is full of beneficial anti-inflammatories that help open up the airways and clear mucus from the sinus cavities. It is also loaded with vitamins, minerals and crucial phytonutrients to maintain overall good health.

Thank you Carly! Your site is amazing with tons of helpful information. This drink really worked great for me. I tried it for the first time yesterday.
Thanks Andrea! 🙂 I'm so glad it worked out!
Hello Carly, thank you for this recipe. I tried it and another sinus clearing juice of yours for several days whilst abstained from wheat and consumed meat sparingly, unfortunately my sinus didn't clear at all☹️ I am afraid I have constant 24/7 blockage in my nose (about 70% of one nostril at a time is blocked) which means I am breathing through one nostril only and my smell is limited. My body is constantly producing mucus which leads to asthma like symptoms which worsen after eating bread. Could you help me with some suggestions please? I am desperate
Hey Mike – Have you tried eliminating mucus-producing foods? Have you tried going completely plant-based and gluten-free? I feel like your mucus is either food-caused or triggered from sensitivities to chemicals in your household (if you use any laundry detergent, dryer sheets, or other fragranced items like cleaners, etc.)
