Carrot Juice Recipe to Cleanse Your Liver
– 6 large carrots
– 2 lemons
– 4 inches ginger root
– 1 bunch dandelion greens
– 3 apples
– 3 celery stalks
– 1 medium cucumber
Run all of the above ingredients through a juicer, and drink immediately for optimal antioxidant absorption.
