do you put the lemon also into the juicer? I usually got the juice out of a lemon by squeezing it… just a bit confused…

You can separately squeeze the lemon and add into the juice, or alternatively, if the lemon is organic, you can just stick the whole lemon through the juicer (although I always prefer peeling).
