This Tonic Removes Toxins That Accumulate In The Lymph Glands, Colon And Bladder Overnight


Starting your morning with a cup of this detox tonic can help you boost your metabolism, strengthen your immune system, flush toxins, and quickly alkalize the body.

Lemons are great for incorporating into your morning routine because they stimulate the lymphatic system to remove toxins accumulated in the lymph glands, colon and bladder. It also regulates water levels and mineral concentrations, which keeps our body in a hydrated state.

Cinnamon is another great ingredient, as it helps balance blood sugar, which helps regulate moods and sleeping patterns. Ginger and turmeric are high in antioxidants that benefit the brain, and they support good health in the digestive tract, which as a result, benefits lymph flow. These two herbs are also major anti-inflammatories, and help to increase perspiration, which is a natural detox process in itself.

Cayenne pepper contains capsaicin, which neutralizes a neuropeptide called substance P (primarily responsible for inflammation in the body). It also increases circulation in the body, which encourages the transfer of nutrients and oxygen to different cells and organs. It helps carry away toxic matter from different areas of the body and shuttles it to the liver and kidneys for quick removal.

For this detox tonic, it is advised to use organic ingredients whenever possible. Drink first thing in the morning before eating anything.

Ingredients: (serves 1)

– 1 inch fresh ginger root
– 2 inches fresh turmeric root (or 1 tsp. powdered turmeric)
– 1 lemon, peeled
– 1 tbsp. maple syrup or raw unpasteurized honey
– 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
– 1/3 tsp. cinnamon
– 1.5 cups filtered water


1. Juice the ginger, turmeric (if using fresh), and lemon.
2. Stir in water, sweetener, cayenne pepper, and cinnamon. Enjoy!
