- Juice the ginger, turmeric (if using fresh), and lemon.
- Stir in the water, maple syrup, ACV, cayenne pepper, and cinnamon. Mix well and enjoy immediately.
Notes
Tip: If you don't have a juicer, you can grate the ginger and turmeric finely, squeeze out the juice using a cheesecloth or fine strainer, and then mix with the remaining ingredients.
