A Glass Of Parsnip Juice Every Day For A Week Will STOP Asthma, Sinus Problems, Wheezing And Emphysema

Parsnip JuiceIf you suffer from a history of weak lung function or have always battled with sinus problems, you might want to include more parsnip in your diet.

Parsnips, high in phosphorous and chlorine, are said to enhance bronchial function, and help diminish the severity of asthma. They also enhance blood circulation in the lungs. Drinking one glass of parsnip juice a day can help ease symptoms of asthma and emphysema, as well as wheezing and other respiratory conditions.

Not only do parsnips support the lungs, but they’re high in vitamin K, which means good news for our cardiovascular system. Vitamin K can help prevent stroke and atherosclerosis and other coronary complications. The calcium and magnesium in parsnips also help strengthen our bones, while the compound falcarindiol has the ability to seek out cancer cells in the colon and destroy them, while leaving healthy cells alone.

You can simply just juice parsnip, or add in the other ingredients I included below. Drink it every day for a week and watch your lungs flourish!

Parsnip Juice Recipe

Ingredients: (serves 1)

– 3 large parsnips
– 1 green apple
– 1 pear
– 1 lemon, peeled
– 1 inch fresh ginger root

Method:

Run all of the above ingredients through a juicer and enjoy!

    if you dont have a juicer to make parsnip juice could i use a blender and and a little water

      Yes, but that might be a lot of fiber that will be hard to swallow. I’d definitely invest in a juicer if you can.
