The recipe seems like a lot of ingredients for one drink. Is it a drink to take daily, weekly? I smoked off and on for 25 years. I quit 27 years ago cold turkey. I have phlegm in morning and more on mornings after eating sweets.

Two months ago, I had a sinus attack due to extreme pollen count. The mucous was horrendous, great green globs plagued me day and night.
