These 3 Juice Recipes Hydrate and Dissolve Mucus and Wash Away Calcium Deposits

A lot of people carry excess mucus in their body – so taking the actions to help hydrate and dissolve mucus is incredibly important to live a healthy life.

If you wake up with puffy and crusty eyes in the morning, suffer from bad breath throughout the day, or have a chronic cough that just doesn’t seem to go away, you may be suffering from excess mucus production.

Thankfully, there are foods, such as those in these juice recipes, that can help dissolve and get rid of mucus. It is also important to eliminate foods from the diet that cause an excess of mucus like dairy and wheat and refined and processed foods.

Calcium deposits will also start to move out of the body once it receives the nutrients it needs in order to do so. Calcium deposits hold onto heavy metals, chemicals and viruses, so when these are released, you may feel some detox symptoms – but these are only temporary! Stick with the plan and you’ll effectively get rid of stagnant matter that has been building up in your body for years.

Drink these juices every morning – you can alternate between them every day, or make all three of them for the day (morning, mid-day, and before dinner). Each juice is enough for 1 serving.

Ingredients:

Juice 1:
– 1 cup jicama
– 1/2 cup radish pieces
– 1 cup coconut water
– ice if desired after juicing

Juice 2:
– 1 cup purple cabbage
– 2 beets, peeled
– 1 lemon, peeled
– 1 cup coconut water
– ice if desired after juicing

Juice 3:
– 1 cup orange pieces
– 1 cup pineapple
– 3 inches turmeric root
– 3 inches ginger root
– 1 lemon, peeled
– ice if desired after juicing

Method:

For each juice recipe, run the ingredients through a juicer (except for the coconut water and ice ingredients). Once done juicing, if the recipe calls for coconut water, add and mix. You can add ice to any of the recipes to make it a little cooler.

    Thanks this is great information, I will try the juices and cut out dairy which I have tried before but half-heartedly, what time would you recommend to see an improvement? if I see no improvement I will go on to wheat which I have never given up! ……I think I know the answer to this but would drinking raw cows milk help at all?

      I would just steer clear of wheat and dairy for a couple months and see if anything improves (the body can sometimes take awhile to heal).
