Consuming dairy and wheat are usually the main culprits of mucus congestion. – 1 bunch parsley
– 1 large beet
– 1 cup radishes
– 3 large tomatoes

– 3 celery stalks

– 2 inches ginger root
– 1 lemon, peeled

The juice works for me..ive been suffering from sinusitis for over 5 years now.. I made the juice this morning and immediately no sneezing, no post nasal drip, no excess mucus..all cleared.. Wow ..prior to this.

I'm desperately looking to find out what could be happening with my 11 year old daughter, Georgina. Since last May she had been been suffering with painful shoulders and lower back. Then in November she had stomach pains and felt unwell. Our GP arranged blood tests which all came back normal. The queasy/stomach pains continued until the 5th December when things became much worse for her. Georgina went to bed quite normally and on waking in the morning found she was unable to walk. She had a great deal of pain in her knees, back, shoulders and hands. To cut this long story short. She has had so many blood tests, MRIs , Xrays, and nothing has suggested why she has these problems. A couple of weeks ago we learnt Georgina was intolerant to all cheese, yeast, (anything fermented) egg yolks and dairy products. So far after cutting out the problem foods there has been a small improvement as she doesn't have so much pain. Her knees still can't support her and they are the most painful part. After having read various articles on line I'm wondering if mucus is making her ligaments slippery and her joints inflamed. Has anyone else experienced similar difficulties?

I would switch herself and your family to an all plant-based diet, devoid of any wheat, soy (in basically all processed products) or refined sugar, and see what happens. Drink plenty of water, and green juices. Lots of fruit.
I am very new to this being healthy thing so I can not help much, but I can tell you abt a discovery I just made recently. I had not been feeling well. I had body aches all over and had a problem with body odor tht would not go away. Long story short- I ended up buying magnesium oil and spraying it on my skin(a great way to absorb the magnesium). I read the back of the bottle and it said it could be used as a deodorant. I thought-oh sure, tht will work-NOT. Being desperate I tried it. AND IT WORKED! Turns out tht most body odors are caused by magnesium deficiency or liver problems. Most of us r magnesium deficient because poor farming practices have taken most of the nutrients out of the soil. My feet stopped stinking too. The body aches went away and I no longer have to use regular deodorant.

I am concerned that this may be what is causing my 6 year old to suffer almost continuously with thick mucus in his nose. This often causes him to gag as he tries to clear it by blowing his nose. He is a fussy eater and can’t imagine getting him to drink the cleansing juice, can you recommend any chnages to make it palatable to a child. He does have milk on cereal and usually a yogurt once a day. He doesn’t eat cheese but does like chocolate! I will try to reduce his intake of these products. ANy other tips greatly received as he suffers almost daily and affects his sleep. Thank you
