Boost your immune system and enhance cellular regeneration with these Vitamin A booster smoothies. They’re loaded with leafy greens and orange-hued fruit and veggies that are naturally high in Vitamin’s A, C, E and K.
Vitamin A plays a critical role in bone growth, reproduction, as well as the immune system. It helps keep our vision strong, skin glowing and allows the skin and mucous membranes repel bacteria and viruses more effectively.
The best sources of Vitamin A come from dark green leafy vegetables, and orange-coloured fruits and veggies like carrots, oranges, and papaya. Avocado is also another wonderful source of this body-healing vitamin. These recipes include a host of these ingredients, and more, to make sure your body stays Vitamin A deficiency-free!
