– 2 cups packed leafy greens like kale or spinach
– 4 ripe bananas
– 2 tbsp. ground flaxseed
– 1/2 cup coconut water kefir or 1 capsule probiotic
– 2 medjool dates, pitted
– 1 tsp. cinnamon
– 1 cup coconut water or regular filtered water

Stick all of the above ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Would i have this for breakfast and then eat normally (healthy) throughout the day? Would worry about weight gain having 4 bananas a day? I currently have a green smoothie every morning – kale, spinach, chia, wheatgrass, porridge oats, ginger, pineapple, spirulina and bee pollen. How can I adapt this to ensure colon cleanse? No, you will not gain weight with 4 bananas a day, trust me, they are fine to consume. The smoothie you make now sounds great! You can add a couple bananas to that one, if you please.
