Suffer from never-ending pain in your joints, legs and back? This miracle juice recipe can help with that. After drinking it for one week, you’ll notice a dramatic change in the amount of pain you’re experiencing.

Most people who suffer from chronic inflammation have a body that is overly acidic. This is often because of a diet that is rich in refined sugary carbs, wheat, dairy, soy and meats. Chronic inflammation can also be caused by stress and a fast-paced lifestyle. Taking the necessary steps to reduce consumption of these foods, and replace them with mineral-dense alkaline-forming foods is important to help heal the body (and of course drink juices like the one mentioned in this recipe!)

What’s so special about this juice? Find out below!

Beets – beets contain anti-inflammatory compounds called betanin, isobetanin, and vulgaxanthin. They inhibit the activity of cyclo-oxygenase enzymes (COX-1 and COX-2), which are normally used by cells in the body to produce messaging molecules that trigger inflammation.

Turmeric – curcumin, the active ingredient in turmeric, neutralizes free radicals that normally cause inflammation in the body (and are also responsible for damage to joints). Turmeric has been proven to provide relief to those suffering from rheumatoid arthritis, and is just as (if not more) effective than ibuprofen.

Ginger – gingerols, anti-inflammatory compounds in ginger, inhibit the production of nitric oxide, which very quickly, under normal conditions, would form damaging free radicals that trigger joint, leg and back pain.

Pineapple – high in the protein-digesting enzyme bromelain, which has been effective in alleviating pain, swelling, and inflammation. Has been found to be even more effective than NSAID drugs at relieving arthritis pain.

Watercress – this herb helps provide relief from inflammation, and is useful for treating eczema, acne, or other skin irritations. Also great for cleansing the digestive system and giving the liver a good flush!

Miracle Beet Juice Recipe

Ingredients: (serves 1)

– 2 large beets, peeled
– 4 inches fresh turmeric root
– 2 inches fresh ginger root
– 2 cups pineapple
– 1 cup watercress
– 1 lemon, peeled

Method:

Run all of the above ingredients through a juicer and drink immediately for the most benefits! Enjoy!
