This Green Flax Smoothie Will Remove Over 33 Pounds of Toxic Waste Matter In Your Colon

You wouldn’t believe it, but you may have over 33 pounds of toxic waste matter in your colon! And this green flax smoothie is just the recipe to help get rid of it.

As we consume a large variety of acidic foods, our colon becomes a storehouse of putrified waste matter. Many studies claim that over half of the diseases are associated with our digestive health – and that’s no wonder. If our digestive tract isn’t working properly, toxins that are normally supposed to be eliminated, stay stuck in the micro-fine villi that line the intestine and become re-absorbed into our blood stream (ultimately making us sick and chronically ill).

Poor colon health also results in gas, indigestion, acidity and stomach distress. It can also result in people not eliminating more than once per day, when we should be aiming for three bowel movements daily.

After cleansing your colon with the proper foods and replacing foods with healthier ones, you’ll notice a dramatic difference in your day-to-day life. You’ll experience improved energy levels, better digestive health, and clearer skin.

Coconut water kefir is great for improving digestive health and restoring the good flora in our intestinal tract. Ground flaxseeds are also a miracle for promoting frequent bowel movements and absorbing toxins on the way out. The greens in this smoothie take it up a notch to help alkalinize the body and sweep the intestines clean. Bad bacteria, parasites and viruses hate the alkalinity of greens, and will be promptly eliminated once they encounter the green power that is leafy greens!

Drink this smoothie once a day for 2-3 weeks for a full colon cleanse.

Ingredients: (serves 1)

– 2 cups packed leafy greens like kale or spinach
– 4 ripe bananas
– 2 tbsp. ground flaxseed
– 1/2 cup coconut water kefir or 1 capsule probiotic
– 2 medjool dates, pitted
– 1 tsp. cinnamon
– 1 cup coconut water or regular filtered water

Stick all of the above ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

  1. Are you suppose to just eat like you normally do plus drink this everyday. Also when is the best time to drink this?

  2. Can you please confirm that the single serving recipe for the colon cleanse includes (4) bananas?

    Thanks very much 🙂

  3. banana gives me terrible heartburn, let alone 4 of them all at once. I also have candida, Barrett's esophagus and diabetes. I can't do dairy, grains, or starchy foods/carbohydrates. The only fruit I can eat is apple, pear, and berries. One a day. Is there a drink that would be safe for me to drink that would give me the same benefit? Thank You.

  4. Hi Carly, what are the crucial ingredients to achieve the colon cleanse? I am wondering if I could incorporate them into the green smoothie recipe I already use now, or does it need to be this exact combo? Thanks

  5. Hi Carly, is there a problem with using 4 bananas at once if i have a problem with my sugar levels? Thanks a lot!!

    • Technically, if you were to lower your fat intake, your sugar levels wouldn't be high and you could eat unlimited fruit, but if not willing to make the change, then would maybe add in some mango and banana and use those together instead of all banana? It depends how your body reacts to it.

  6. How long are you supposed to drink this smoothie. Is it for a certain amount of time? Like, every s days for two weeks. Or do you do this all the time? Flax is not good for boys, and men to consume regularly. My son grew started tog grow breast and suffered breast tenderness. The endocrinologist said it was too much flax, at 1 tsp a day. We quit and his body went back to normal. Is this do once a year for two weeks or every week for life?

  7. That's a ton of banana! I personally like a banana, peach, mango combination in my smoothies. Pineapple gives it a kick too. I also like using chia instead of flax – what is your opinion on chia usage vs flax in smoothies.

  8. Hi I have a question, can I drink it if I drink this if i have candida,or if you could please write anything good what you prefer to drink to get rid of candida.

    • Excess fat is the culprit in candida, not sugar, per se. When fat levels in the blood rise, so does blood sugar, because excess fat inhibits insulin from performing its function of escorting sugar out of the bloodstream. The excess fat lines the blood vessel walls, the cells, insulin receptor sites, the sugar molecules themselves, and the insulin with a thin coating of fat, thus blocking and inhibiting normal metabolic activity.
Too much sugar in the blood is as life threatening as too little and can result in serious illness or death. Yeast, or candida, is a constant presence in the blood; it serves as a life preservation mechanism, blooming when there is an excess of sugar in the blood stream to bring blood sugar down to a non-threatening level. When the sugar is distributed and used by the cells of the body, the yeast quickly dies off as it is supposed to.
If fat levels stay chronically high due to a poor diet, sugar will remain in the bloodstream and feed the large candida colonies instead of feeding the 18 trillion cells of your body. Starved for fuel, these cells can no longer metabolize energy, and you become tired, and feel rundown. Because all carbohydrate, fat, and protein that we eat is converted to simple sugar (glucose) if it is to be used by the cells for fuel, the way out of this cycle is not to eat less sugar, but to consume less fat. When fat levels drop, the sugar starts to get processed and distributed again, and the yeast levels drop because there is no longer excess sugar available.

  9. ok thank you ,could you please give me some examples what i should avoid right know,I even trying go on vegan diet ,please if you could write me some examples what I could eat right know, what is really safe to eat now that it not gonna make it grow, plase help i have this over 5 months and sometimes is better ,sometimes worse ,I start eat most veggie ,please if you could write me some examples or any could shake or juice you could recommend.

  10. what is medjool dates? and do you drink all of that recipe in one serving or does it make enought for a couple of days?

  11. Would i have this for breakfast and then eat normally (healthy) throughout the day? Would worry about weight gain having 4 bananas a day? I currently have a green smoothie every morning – kale, spinach, chia, wheatgrass, porridge oats, ginger, pineapple, spirulina and bee pollen. How can I adapt this to ensure colon cleanse? Thanks so much!! Sx

    • No, you will not gain weight with 4 bananas a day, trust me, they are fine to consume. The smoothie you make now sounds great! You can add a couple bananas to that one, if you please.

  12. Dear Carly, I have been following you for a while and and really excited by the recipes you advise. Said that, I wonder how many persons tested this colon cleansing recipe? And what was the result? Thank you & all the best.

  13. Hi Carly,

I am trying to move slowly in making life changes – I'm making them in so many areas! Will the flax see and kefir work if I consume them in another type of smoothie? I would like to try it in my banana, nectarine smoothies. I always make these really thick and I don't expect kefir will do that. Can I freeze the kefir/flax mixture to make it more frozen? And, I always eat it over grape nuts for the texture. Does the flax seed do this or should I still have it over Grapenuts. Remember, not too much too fast!
