Suffer from joint pain or gout? You probably have built up uric acid in your joints. This cucumber juice helps alkalize the body and helps remove uric acid from your joints so you can live pain-free!
But lets take a little look at your diet first. A recent study found that diets rich in acid-forming foods (like meat, eggs, dairy and wheat) increase uric acid levels in the body. This leads to conditions like gout and joint pain as a result of uric acid crystallization in the joints.
Switching to a more alkaline diet, such as a plant-based diet high in raw fruit and veggies can effectively lower uric acid levels, reducing instances of gout and other joint issues, as well as reduce your risk of developing kidney stones (another by-product of high uric acid levels).

Cucumber Juice Recipe
Ingredients: (1 serving)
– 1 large cucumber
– 5 stalks celery
– 2 inches fresh turmeric root
– 1 inch fresh ginger root
– 1 lemon, peeled
– optional: 2 apples to add some sweetness
Run the above ingredients through a juicer and drink immediately to avoid oxidation of nutrients.
