Beets are an excellent source of dietary nitrate, which is converted by the body into nitric oxide. Nitric oxide helps improve blood flow throughout the body by opening up the vessels and allowing for more oxygen flow.

Ginger Beet Juice Recipe
Ingredients:
– 2 large beets
– 2 apples
– 2 inches fresh ginger root
– 1 lemon, peeled
– 1 small bunch parsley (about 1 cup)
Method:
Run all of the above ingredients through a juicer, such as the Omega or Breville juicers, and enjoy!
I don’t have a juicer just a blender! Can I still make this beet juice with blender?
You can, but it will be a bit thick, and not that tasty! Strain with a nut milk bag after blending if you can!
