Sinus Infection Remedy Tonic

If you deal with acute or chronic sinusitis, or just want to clear your senses, then you’ve got to make this incredible sinus infection remedy tonic! Most people take up to five different medications to treat their sinus infections, even if the relief is minimal.

Thankfully, sinus infections are highly curable, especially with the right combination of ingredients. Turmeric and ginger are both highly anti-inflammatory, and help ease the pain and swelling associated with sinus infections, making breathing much more comfortable. Not only that, but the hot pepper helps “make things move,” so that you’ll be blowing out bucket-loads and getting rid of anything that shouldn’t be blocking your airways.

This drink can be made all at once, and can be drank 2-3 times throughout the day.

Sinus Infection Remedy Tonic Recipe

Ingredients: (1 serving that will last for 2-3 servings in a day)

– 3 oranges, peeled
– 2 large carrots
– 3 inches ginger root (could also use 1 tbsp. ginger powder)
– 2 inches turmeric root (could also use 1/2 tbsp. turmeric powder)
– 2 lemons, peeled
– 1/2 hot pepper (like jalapeño or habanero – you could also use 1/2 tsp. cayenne powder)

Method:

Run all of the above ingredients through a juicer and enjoy! If you are using powdered substances instead, juice everything, except for powders, and add powders afterward. Drink 2-3 times daily.
