tropical chia seed smoothie

It’s time to take naps out of your routine and replace them with this energy-boosting, mood-enhancing raw tropical chia seed smoothie! Did you know that chia seeds are packed with more nutrition than most of the foods available today? They contain 64% more potassium than a banana, 6x more calcium than milk, 100% more omega-3’s than salmon, double the antioxidants found in blueberries, 41% of your daily fibre, 6x more iron than spinach and 32% of your daily magnesium!

That, combined with the fact that this smoothie contains mood-enhancing tryptophans found abundantly in the fruit, make this drink a concoction you simply can’t ignore!

Tropical Chia Seed Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients:

– 1 cup frozen raspberries
– 2 cups diced mango
– 1 cup chopped papaya
– 1 young thai coconut (use all of the water and meat inside)
– 1 tbsp. chia seed gel (soak 1 tbsp. chia seeds in 1/2 cup water, and use 1 tbsp. from this)

Method:

Blend all ingredients together in a high-speed blender, like the Vitamix, and enjoy immediately!

A brightly lit store shelf filled with colorful baby care bottles in pastel and vibrant shades of yellow, teal, blue, pink, and white. All bottles are unbranded with smooth, generic shapes and blank labels. The liquids inside are glossy and translucent, giving a polished retail look.
