Chia Seed Green Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
– 2 cups ripe pineapple
– 2 peeled and diced oranges
– 2 cups mixed leafy greens like arugula, spinach, kale, romaine, or other
– 1 handful parsley
– 1 tbsp. chia seed gel (1/3 cup chia seeds soaked in 2 cups water for 15 minutes = chia seed gel)
– 1-2 cups water (depending on how thick you like your smoothies)
Method:
Stick all of the above ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth. Garnish on top with some chia seeds if you wish. Enjoy!
