– 1 tbsp. grated turmeric root
– 2 tbsp. raw honey
– 1 crushed garlic clove
– 1/4 cup raw, unpasteurized apple cider vinegar
– 1 tsp. cinnamon
– optional: 1 tsp. bee pollen

Method:

Mix the above ingredients and let it sit and blend for about an hour. Consume the above mix three times a day, especially if you are feeling something coming on.
