You want to make a green smoothie, but are terrified that it might taste like swamp water. Well, look no further! This easy recipe will teach you how to make a kale smoothie that actually tastes good!
After a major period of trial and error with green smoothies, I have finally discovered a way to make the greens taste tasteless! You can even put this smoothie in a stainless steel canister for your children, and trick them into thinking it’s just a regular old smoothie – if they can’t see the colour, they’ll never know you snuck greens into it.
This kale smoothie is packed with vitamins, minerals, and beneficial anti-inflammatories to keep your body feeling young and flexible. If you have a tasty green smoothie recipe you’d like to share, leave a comment below!
