Green Flax Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients: (serves 1)
– 2 cups packed leafy greens like kale or spinach
– 4 ripe bananas
– 2 tbsp. ground flaxseed
– 1/2 cup coconut water kefir or 1 capsule probiotic
– 2 medjool dates, pitted
– 1 tsp. cinnamon
– 1 cup coconut water or regular filtered water
Method:
Stick all of the above ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.








Are you suppose to just eat like you normally do plus drink this everyday. Also when is the best time to drink this?
I would avoid animal products (meat, eggs, dairy) too, as well as wheat. Drink in the morning or afternoon

banana gives me terrible heartburn, let alone 4 of them all at once. I also have candida, Barrett's esophagus and diabetes. I can't do dairy, grains, or starchy foods/carbohydrates. The only fruit I can eat is apple, pear, and berries. One a day. Is there a drink that would be safe for me to drink that would give me the same benefit? Thank You.
