Help Burn Belly Fat

Belly fat can be stubborn to deal with, so instead of feeling hopeless, this powerful drink will help you burn belly fat like crazy, while helping to reduce water retention too!

Plant sterols found in aloe vera help improve body composition and reduce levels of abdominal fat. The cucumber and celery in this juice help act as natural diuretics that flush out excess sodium in the body and thus reduce water retention and the pudgy-belly effect that high-sodium diets often impose on the body.

Aloe vera is also a powerful anti-inflammatory, and helps reduce the negative effects that free radicals have on the body. It stimulates the metabolic rate, which in turn increases consumption of more energy and helps burn belly fat.

Lemons are great for flushing out all toxins accumulated in the body – once these impurities are cleared from the body, fat metabolism increases, and therefore fat levels in the body start reducing. If you choose to add ginger to this juice, you will also help fire up your metabolism, reduce bloating and gassiness as well as melt unwanted belly fat.

Help Burn Belly Fat with this Juice Recipe

Ingredients:

– 2 tbsp. aloe vera jelly (the jelly stuff inside the green stems – do not use green stems. You can also buy aloe vera juice in store)
– 1 large cucumber
– 1 lemon, peeled
– 5 stalks celery
– optional: 1 inch ginger root (for extra metabolism-boosting effects)

Method:

First run the aloe vera jelly through the juicer, followed by the cucumber, lemon, celery and ginger root.
