Raw Fruit Popsicles
One of my favourite ways to cool off during summer is eating frozen fruit, so I decided that it’d be a good idea to create my own raw fruit popsicles! Most popsicles you buy in stores a full of unnecessary additives, colours, “natural” flavours and other chemicals you shouldn’t be putting in your body.

These raw fruit popsicles contain ingredients to help infuse your body with detox-approved ingredients and antioxidants that protect you from harmful UV rays from the sun. They taste amazing, and in the end, save you plenty of money. They’ll also give you sustained energy, instead of the rapid sugar rush (and following crash) most conventional popsicles have on the body.

All you need for these raw fruit popsicles are popsicle moulds, popsicle sticks, a blender and a freezer (and the ingredients of course).

Raw Fruit Popsicle Recipes

Ingredients:

Raspberry Flavour:
1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
1 cup organic raspberries
1 tbsp. freshly grated ginger root

Citrus Flavour:
1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 tbsp. finely grated ginger root
1 tbsp. finely grated turmeric root

Kiwi Flavour:
1 cup peeled and chopped kiwi
1/2 cup cucumber
1 tbsp. freshly squeezed lime juice

Method:

For each fruit pop, blend separately and then pour into your popsicle moulds. Next, put in popsicle sticks, or if it is too liquid, freeze for about 1-2 hours, and then place in the sticks (this will give the sticks a little more bulk to settle and form around). Freeze overnight for 8 hours or more, and that’s it! Enjoy!
