Raspberry Beet Smoothie Recipe
– 3 medium-sized beets
– 1 cup organic raspberries
– 1 inch fresh ginger root
– 1 lemon, peeled
– 1/2 cucumber
1. Run the beets through a juicer, or blend and strain in a nut-milk bag
2. Add beet juice, raspberries, ginger, lemon, and cucumber into a blender, and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
