Antibiotic Tonic Recipe

We all have an immune system, but how it deals with bacterial infections will depend largely on what foods you eat. This antibiotic tonic recipe is 100% natural, and has been proven time and time again to help knock out bacterial infections as quickly as possible. How do I know this? Well, I have used it on myself before, and have recommended it to clients and friends. Success rate? I’d say 90-100% of the time.

Antimicrobial resistance is an increasingly serious threat to global public health, so turning to natural solutions to get rid of bacterial infections is one of the most important things you could do for yourself, and others.

This antibiotic tonic contains a host of different antibacterial properties, thanks to garlic, ginger, and turmeric. It also contains plenty of bacteria-busting vitamin C, enzymes, antioxidants and crucial phytonutrients that make this an incredibly potent medicine. The taste might be a little extreme, but it isn’t meant to taste pretty. It’s meant to do its job and work at getting rid of any and all bacteria found lingering in your body.

Antibiotic Tonic Recipe

Ingredients:

– 2 cloves of garlic
– 2 inches fresh ginger root
– 2 inches fresh turmeric root
– 4 large carrots
– 1 lemon, peeled
– 2 cups packed leafy greens like spinach or kale
– Optional: 1/2 small onion and 1 tsp. raw honey

Method:

Stick all of the above ingredients through a masticating juicer like the Omega or Champion Juicer. If you are adding honey, stir into the juice after the fact. Enjoy!

Hello – yes, this should be consumed on an empty stomach if you can. It will help prevent viral and bacterial infections, but won’t make you immune to them. Just like any type of healthy living practice, there are things you can do to help improve immunity, and this tonic can help.
