Ingredients:
– 3 ripe spotty bananas
– 3 ripe kiwis (peeled if not organic – you can leave on the peel if they are organic)
– 2 stalks celery
– 1-2 cups leafy greens (romaine, spinach, etc.)
– 2 inches ginger root
– 3 pitted medjool dates
– 1 cup coconut water (or regular water)
Method:
Stick all of the above ingredients in a blender like the Vitamix, blend, and enjoy!
