I can’t eat avocado ,with what can I replace it with?
I gave high histamine problem because of high klebsiella bacteria in my colon and I react very bad when I eat it since I haven’t manage to heal my self so far .

You can replace it with any fat, or just keep it out completely. Fresh coconut would be good!

My reply about drinking the 32 oz one cup or a little more at a time during the day until finished (since 32 oz is too much for me to drink at one time) was removed. I wasn’t sure if it would be as beneficial for me to spread my drinking it over a longer time span. I will try it since no negative response to my plan was given. Was surprised not to have received any response, but will assume no response meant ‘’Go for it!’ I definitely will since It sounds delicious!! 😊👍

If the Avocado Lemon Ginger Smoothie recipe represents one serving (4 cups),, I would have to divide it up and drink it 4 times during the day, one cup at a time. 32 oz at one time would not work for me! I would still get the benefits of the ingredients, but at a slower pace. Will try this as soon as I go shopping for the ingredients! 👍 Thank you!
