Anti-Stress Banana Smoothie
Ingredients:
– 5 ripe, spotty bananas
– 3 medjool dates, pitted
– 1 cup young coconut water
– 1 inch fresh ginger root
– Optional: pinch of cinnamon, vanilla, and fresh turmeric root (about 1 inch fresh or 2 tsp. powdered)
Method:
