Juice Cures For Every Ailment

Looking for a juice recipe that will help remediate certain ailments? Look no further.

Juicing is a great way to get in important nutrients. Many of us are depleted in certain vitamins and minerals, which we can easily attain through concentrated fruit and vegetable juicing.

By juicing, and consuming these juices, you’ll provide your body with a faster, more efficient way of absorbing immune-boosting nutrients naturally found in whole fruit and vegetables.

Juicing provides a way to access digestive enzymes typically locked away in the fibre matrix of whole fruit and vegetables. It nourishes the digestive tract, and also provides certain phytonutrients and compounds that normally aren’t available to us simply by chewing.

Below are eighteen different juice recipes for a variety of different ailments you might be suffering from.

For each juice, you can use a juicer, such as the Omega, or you can alternatively use a high-speed blender to pulverize the ingredients, and then strain out the fibre in a nut-milk bag. Each recipe is 1 serving – if you cannot drink it all in one go, split the recipe in half or save the rest for a second serving later in the day. Juices are best drunk on an empty stomach, so I love them first thing in the morning before breakfast!

Hello – you do not add water to these juices, just use a regular juicer! 🙂

Hi, I would like to try the juice for depression. I would like to know for how long do I drink this recipe. Also, how how much of a cup serving in the morning do I drink? There will be leftover juice for sure so do I drink the rest through out the day or can I Dave the rest for the next day?

I would drink the full juice recipe as soon as you make it. The longer you make it sit, the more it oxidizes and the less effective it becomes. Drink it every day until you start to notice a difference in your body, and if you can, make sure you drink it in the morning on an empty stomach.

You don’t have to add liquids, but I generally recommend juicing with a juicer instead of a blender (if using a blender, strain in a nut milk bag).

Hi there! For the diabetes one, it lists 1 cup bitter gourd. Is that juice or the actual gourd itself? I can Only find juice near me. If it calls for the actual gourd, can I use the juice Instead? And what would the readjustment be for measuremenT, if any?

1 cup raw bitter gourd (not the juice). And yes, you can use the juice instead. I imagine it would be around 1/3 to 1/2 cup juiced.
