Looking for something special to give to a loved one? With the holidays upon us, there’s something for everyone on your list in my health and wellness holiday gift guide.

With our every increasing health-conscious society, most people have at least one loved one who’s careful about what they put in (or on) their bodies, or specific about what products they use to create delicious healthy meals.

While the available options in the health and wellness field can seem daunting, this gift guide will narrow it down to the best products available that’ll make any health-nut go jumping for joy.

The products below are some of my absolute favourite, and would recommend to anyone looking for the perfect gift this 2017 holiday season. Happy shopping!

1. Optimum G2.1 Blender

I use my Optimum G2.1 Blender just about every day. It is one of the best high-speed blenders on the market, and blends your soups, smoothies, ice creams and nut butters to perfection.

2. Breville Juice Fountain Plus

Great for any juice-lover in your life. An affordable juicer for anyone who doesn’t care about juicing wheatgrass or other fine herbs. Great for celery, cucumber, root vegetables, and almost any type of fruit. Find it here.

3. Omega J8006 Nutrition Center Masticating Juicer

Great for those who love to juice their greens! I’ve been using the Omega for over 8 years, and it’s still in great shape. It is masticating, which means that it extracts every last ounce of juice from whatever produce you please. Not so good on soft fruit like pears and mango, but hard fruits like apples work excellent!

4. Hurom HP Slow Juicer

This cute little juicer will meet all your juicing needs. Whether you want to make orange juice, almond milk or sorbets, the Hurom HP Slow Juicer will rise to the challenge. What I like about this juicer is it’s compact size, which allows it to fit neatly on almost any counter space.

5. GreenPan Cookware

GreenPan cookware is safer than other non-stick brands, as they don’t use PFAS, PFOA, lead, or cadmium in manufacturing. The coating won’t blister, peel, or release any harmful fumes, even if you overheat the pan. Available here.

6. Berkey Water Filter

This powerful system purifies both treated water and untreated raw water where regulations may be substandard at best. It helps remove pathogenic bacteria, cysts, and parasites entirely, and extracts harmful chemicals such as herbicides, pesticides, VOCs, organic solvents, radon 222, and trihalomethanes. It also reduces nitrates, nitrites, and unhealthy minerals like lead and mercury. You can find it here.

7. Dohm Natural White Noise Machine

A white noise machine can help blur out distracting nighttime noises that might otherwise keep you up late at night. It’s a simple gift that doesn’t cost an arm and a leg, and will allow you or your loved ones get a full nights sleep. My favourite is the Dohm Natural White Noise Machine.

8. Beauty From Bees Natural Body and Hair Care Products

Beauty from Bees is a local company in Canada that I fell in love with after I had the chance to sample their products. They are made without the use of harsh chemicals, and are perfect for anyone who wants to live a clean and healthy lifestyle.

9. Reusable Produce Bags

A great way to reduce your use of plastic (which is killing our oceans), is by investing in some reusable produce bags. They also double as a nut milk bag!

10. Hydro Flask Stainless Steel Water Bottle

This reusable water bottle is made of non-toxic, BPA-free plastics, and food-grade stainless steel. It is also double-wall vacuum insulated, allowing liquids to remain hot for up to 6 hours, and cold up to 24 hours. You can find it here.

11. Breville Tea Maker

The Breville One-Touch Tea Maker is one of the most revolutionary kitchen gadgets out there. The fully automated tea basket moves down, then up, gently agitating the leaves to precisely infuse your tea. The Tea Maker eliminates the guess work when it comes to certain temperatures needed for different varieties of tea (such as black, green, white, oolong and herbal). With just the touch of a few buttons, the perfect cup of tea will be ready for you in minutes!

12. Morrocco Method Hair Care

If you want some of the cleanest hair care products out there, look no further than Morrocco Method. They offer the finest gluten-free, soy-free, wheat-free, and colour safe hair care products. They are created with the purest ingredients on the market, and are perfect for anyone living a vegan, raw, or chemical-free lifestyle.

13. Paderno Tri-Blade Plastic Spiral Vegetable Slicer

Being a high-raw vegan, a vegetable spiral slicer is a must-have in my kitchen. The slicer is an easy-to-use, handy tool that makes zucchini spaghetti, cucumber ribbon strands, curly fries or long, spiral apple strands. It also comes with three blades: a shredder blade (small holes), a chipper blade (large holes) and a straight blade.

14. Breville Sous Chef 12

If you want to help your friends and family cut time on chopping, the Breville Sous Chef food processor is just the machine you need. I do a lot of chopping in my kitchen, and this machine helps save me so much time. It is quiet, and has a variety of different shredding options. It is powerful, sleek, and is a must-have in any kitchen setting.

15. Glass Drinking Straws

Investing in some glass drinking straws for everyone you love (including yourself) is a great way to help the planet stay clear of unnecessary plastic use. The straws at DrinkingStraws.glass are some of the best I’ve used (they’ve lasted me over 4 years). I’ve received straws from other companies that broke in just a few months.

A brightly lit store shelf filled with colorful baby care bottles in pastel and vibrant shades of yellow, teal, blue, pink, and white. All bottles are unbranded with smooth, generic shapes and blank labels. The liquids inside are glossy and translucent, giving a polished retail look. Subtle unease added by one bottle faintly cracked and leaking a dark liquid, contrasting with the cheerful colors.
