Powerful Medicine

This juice is an intense immune system booster. It is a cure for the common cold, flu, and other illnesses you might be plagued by this winter. It’ll stop anything in its tracks, and have you feeling better in no time. If you want to beat illness, then you’ll want to drink this juice.

What’s so great about this juice? It contains ingredients known to help keep bacteria at bay, especially the garlic, which is one of the most powerful natural antibiotics on the planet.

I’ve gotten over intense kidney infections, strep throat, and numerous other ailments simply by supplementing with garlic. A study published in the Journal of Antimicrobial Chemotherapy found that diallyl sulfide, a compound in raw garlic, was 100 times more effective than two popular antibiotics in fighting intestinal infections caused by the Campylobacter bacterium.

Carrots help to alkalize the blood, improve liver function and boost immunity, whereas lemons infuse your body with bacteria and virus-busting vitamin C. I always like to add a little green to my juices too, so spinach and celery are my go-to.

It is important to use ORGANIC garlic. I can’t stress that enough! Most of the garlic you find in large grocery store chains are from China, where they irradiate their garlic (expose it to radiation) to extend shelf life. This is basically killing your garlic, and providing you with very little benefit.

Remember, garlic is a natural antibiotic and should be treated as such. If you aren’t used to garlic, try the juice with 1 clove, and eventually work your way up to 3 cloves (you can even put in more than 3 cloves if you really love garlic!).

Powerful Medicine to Beat Illness: Recipe

Ingredients: (serves 1)

– 3 cloves garlic
– 3 cups carrot
– 1 cup tomato
– 3 stalks celery
– 1 lemon, peeled
– 2 cups packed spinach

Method:

Juice all of the above ingredients in a juicer and drink immediately!

I would maybe combine, and also research other herbs and vitamins that are useful for helping HIV. Things that help with immunity, and eliminating things that make it worse. This is a good resource: https://www.cancertutor.com/aids/
