Since I discovered meditation, the relationship with the woman of my dreams got better and better every day.

No more arguments. No more relationship problems. Our relationship has become peaceful, harmonic and truly fulfilling. It sounds weird but I know for sure that it’s because of my regular meditation practice.

It changed me and it changed the way my girlfriend looks at me. I’m a different man than I was four months ago and she can see and feel it. It’s magical.

Today I want to share this magic with you and inspire you to embark on the same path and to use the power of meditation to turn your relationship into a storybook romance.

Meditation Gives You the Focus to Really Listen

There’s a famous book by Barbara Pease. It’s called “Why Men Don’t Listen and Women Can’t Read Maps”. Well, I don’t know if it’s true that women can’t read maps, but I do know that it’s true that men don’t listen.

I’m serious. Most men don’t listen to women. I know it because I was one of these men.

Okay, we listen to the words, but we don’t listen deep enough to get the meaning. This can lead to misunderstandings that can lead to terrible arguments.

Since I meditate, I don’t argue with my girlfriend anymore. Instead, I listen. I really listen. In other words, I don’t miss the message. No more arguments. It can be that easy. 

Meditation Gives You the Power to Stay Calm in Stressful Situations

Have you ever been in the following situation?

You come home from work and you are really angry. One of your colleagues said something that annoyed you. Your boss gave you the infamous “talk” because you didn’t finish your project in time. You just want to go to bed and forget this day.

You open the door and the first thing you see is your partner. Then your partner makes one big mistake. He asks you if you have bought the milk. On any other day you would have smiled and said “sorry honey, I forgot it” but today you are so angry that you start an argument.

That’s what happens when you allow stress to defeat you.

It creates tension and tension can lead to relationship problems. Thanks to meditation I can redirect this tension and calm my mind. I can breathe in and out and prevent arguments before they arise. This is how you improve your relationship on a daily basis.

Meditation Gives You the Self-Love That Makes You Lovable

I never hated myself but I also wouldn’t say that I loved myself. This changed when I began to meditate. Don’t ask me why and how.

Maybe the change happened as a result of my increased awareness or of the way I communicated with my body. I really don’t know.

All I know is that I began to love myself and that my girlfriend could feel the difference. I honestly had no idea that loving yourself makes you so attractive. But it does. Since I really love myself, my girlfriend loves to be in my presence. It is as if she has more energy when she’s around me.

As a result, we spend more time together and we enjoy every second of it. I think I don’t have to tell you why and how this improves our relationship. But I can tell you that it’s all because I meditate for less than ten minutes every day.

You can do the same and experience the same changes.
