What is shilajit?

Shilajit looks black, but it gets its power from greens. This little gem is formed from organic vegetable matter that meanders its way through the high altitude mountains, cliffs and rocks. When it’s ready, it flourishes from the cracks and transforms into a gummy resin that’s known as shilajit. We source ours directly from the mountains of Siberia, 100% natural and purified, and with nothing added. (Not even a middleman.)

What’s in shilajit?

It’s believed to be one of the richest sources of minerals found in nature – some say it contains around 85 minerals plus trace elements. You don’t have to be able to count to know that equals a ton of goodness. It also contains fulvic acids, which are miracle elements all on their own.

What should I do with it?

Good things come in (extra) small packages. You only need to add a pea-sized amount (300-500mg) of our shilajit tonic resin to a glass of warm water or a mug of hot tea. Give it a stir until it’s all dissolved, put your feet up, and enjoy sipping up some smoky-tasting health.
