Rafter is a white boy currently settled at the centre of North America, with ancestry leading them back to Austria, Russia and the Netherlands. They are invested in the healing work needed from their position on someone else’s land and far from where they come from in a context of ongoing colonialism. They focus on the transformation that takes place at the margins of society and ideas, hoping to fill the gaps between worlds as a bridge, communicator and listener.
