Healthy Homemade Ketchup

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cans tomato paste (156mL can)
  • 1/2 cup organic white vinegar or apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. coconut sugar or raw honey
  • 2 tbsp. molasses
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 tsp. dried oregano
  • 1 tsp. mustard powder
  • 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. celery salt
  • 1/2 tsp. sea salt
  • pinch of allspice and cinnamon
  • 1 cup water

Method
 

  1. Place the ingredients in a food processor or high-speed blender and blend well.
  2. Put in the refrigerator overnight to allow flavors to enhance (or if you can’t wait, do at least 2 hours in the fridge).
  3. Store for up to 3 weeks in the refrigerator.
