This turmeric orange lemonade does amazing things to support your health. It literally kicks inflammation right out of the water.
Turmeric is one of the most powerful natural anti-inflammatories available! It offers natural support to the body when dealing with arthritis, inflammatory bowel disease, cystic fibrosis, and other inflammatory-related diseases. It is also highly anti-cancerous and inhibits cancer cell growth and metastasis.
Ginger is another great anti-inflammatory that fires up the digestive juices and helps absorb and assimilate essential nutrients brought to the body. Neurodegenerative diseases may be aided by its ability to inhibit nitrous oxide production and pro-inflammatory cytokines.
Holy basil is another wonder-herb. It contains compounds similar to the found in cannabis and oregano, making it a great alternative to medical marijuana as it offers the same pain relief without the addictive “high”. Holy basil contains compounds called BCPs, which combat inflammation in a manner similar to cannabis. It has been proven to eliminate swelling and pain from arthritis and research has demonstrated that holy basil works just as well as anti-inflammatory drugs.
I would suggest drinking this juice once every day, and continue to do so until your symptoms start to disappear.
