– 1 bunch spinach (about 3-4 cups)
– 1 bunch herb of choice (I like to use dill, or cilantro – you can use parsley or arugula too!)
– 1 large cucumber
– 5 stalks celery
– 2 lemons
– 4 inches ginger root
– 3 apples

Method:
