If you are someone who suffers from sinus pressure and congestion, stress, or indigestion, then this kiwi mint smoothie should be the first thing on order for your next meal. The one thing I love about this smoothie is the vibrant green colour. I also love the fact that it tastes like candy, but is healthy for you (win-win!).
Including mint in your diet is a great way to soothe your tummy and relieve symptoms of IBS like indigestion and colonic muscle spasms. It has the ability to relax our smooth muscle cells and thus reduces the chance of spasms and indigestion. Not to mention, mint is contains rosmarinic acid, which blocks pro-inflammatory chemicals and encourages cellular production of prostacyclins, which open our airways and makes breathing easier.
Kiwi is a great stress-reliever, too. This fruit contains high tryptophan content, which gets converted to serotonin (the “happy chemical”) in the brain, resulting in a calmer mood, less stress, and better mental performance.

How would you suggest ingredients ratio as I don't have a juicer but a bullet that uses whole fruit and veg?
Carly Fraser says
A bullet will be okay for this. Just half the recipe!
